Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Must Do Canada! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship our products—so there are no surprises at checkout (unless you count what’s under the scratch-off 😉).


Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.

If you’re outside these regions and desperately want to scratch off Canadian adventures from afar, feel free to contact us at [matt@mustdocanada.com] and we’ll see what we can do.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During busy periods (holidays, big sales, or when Canada collectively decides to travel), processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always aim to get your order out the door as fast as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing (for U.S. orders), or the occasional postal gremlin.


Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipping method, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

For U.S. customers, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location and order value. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re fast—but not psychic.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timing is unfortunately outside our control. That said, we’ll always help where we can.

If your package appears lost or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and keep you in the loop.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)

We’ll make it right—because scratched adventures should be fun, not frustrating.
